On February 29, 2024, at the Romanian Statistical Society, the book "Romania 2023 - the economic state after 33 years of free market" was launched, Author Prof. Constantin Anghelache PhD – First Vice-President of the Romanian Statistical Society. In the attachment, you can find the cover of this book.
On March 28, 2024, April 25, 2024 and May 30, 2024, the "OCTAV ONICESCU" National Scientific Seminar on Statistics will be organized, during which topics of interest for statistical theory and practice will be presented. The most valuable communications will be published in the Supplement of the Romanian Statistical Review. These seminars are attended by members of the society, but also other interested persons, especially teachers, researchers and PhD students in the field.
On June 17, 2024, the festive event will be organized on the occasion of the 87th anniversary of the founding of the Romanian Statistical Society.
