Information on FENStatS invited sessions for the Joint Meeting SIS-FENStatS 2026
Session format
As a reminder, each session will last 90 minutes. You may organise this time as you wish, including introductions, presentations and discussion. Please note that the attendance of the session organisers is strongly recommended to ensure they can chair their respective sessions.

Submission of contributions
Invited sessions within FENStatS may follow different contribution formats:
---> All speakers must submit a one or 2-page abstract of their talk via the general submission system available on the conference website.
---> Speakers may instead submit a short paper (4-6 pages). If submitted, this contribution will be included in the pre-conference proceedings book published by Springer Nature (with an ISBN).
---> If a speaker does not wish to have their work published in the proceedings, they should submit only the 1-2 page abstract, which will still be accepted and managed within your session.
FENStatS funding
FENStatS has funds available to support FENStatS-dedicated sessions in 2026. Proposals aimed at supporting participation in the 1st FENStatS Scientific Meeting will receive priority consideration. Further information on how to submit a proposal can be found here.
